Long Term Lease

Terms & Conditions for Short Term Rental
- Offer is valid for all M1 employees.
- Reservations must be made via www.hertzsingapore.com using promo code.
- Collection and return of vehicle must be Hertz Downtown location.
- Company proof of identification (Staff Pass) must be presented upon collection.
- Cancellation or amendment must be made at least 48 hours before pickup date.
- No refund will be given for early return of vehicle.
- Vehicles are subject to availability and Hertz reserve the right to replace vehicles with similar group.
- Benefits is non-exchangeable for cash or kind, non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Hertz standard rental agreement T&C apply.
Terms & Conditions for Long Term Leasing
- Offer is valid for all M1 employees.
- Minimum of 12 months lease for any existing vehicle or 36 months for brand new vehicle
- Not an existing customer with Hertz Singapore.
- Reservations must be made via Hertz Corporate Sales Executive.
- Company proof of identification (Staff Pass) must be presented before confirmation.
- One (1) month free additional rental will be entitled for every 12 months lease. E.g. for 12 months contract customer gets the 13th month free.

Payment Terms
Payment to be made before vehicle collection. By making any reservation, the Hirer agrees to the Service Provider Terms and Conditions.
