Terms and Conditions

To qualify for this programme, the Referee is required to fulfil the following criteria:
a) Sign up for a minimum of 12 months lease for any make and model
b) Not an existing customer of Hertz Long Term Leasing
c) Submitted the referral information on www.hertzsingapore.com/hertz-referral-program
For the avoidance of doubt, this programme will not be applicable to referee who has an existing leasing relationship with Hertz or has terminated their lease with Hertz in the past 6 months.
For a referrer to qualify for this referral program, the referrer must be:
a) An existing Hertz Singapore customer during Referral reward fulfilment month.
b) On a 12 months lease and above.
A successful referral is considered when your referee signs up for a minimum of 12 month lease and payment is made.
The referral can enjoy up to one 50% discount of monthly rate in a given month, based on the referee’s payment date.
Upon every successful referral, the referral will receive the 50% off automatically on their next month’s lease fee.
This promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or kind, is non-refundable and non-transferable.
This offer is not valid in conjunction with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated, however, the referrer will still receive the referral reward for each successful referral.
The company reserves the right to charge the equivalent referee value in the event that the referee performs an early termination of the contract.
The company reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any of the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
