With our 30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee, if you are unsatisfied with our car/services within the first 30 days of the lease, you may choose to terminate the contract within 30 days at no additional cost*.

Terms and conditions

  1. To qualify for this Programme, the hirer is required to fulfil the following criteria:
    a) Sign up for a minimum of 12 months lease for any existing make and model (Comprehensive Plan)
    b) Not an existing customer of Hertz Long Term Leasing
  2. For the avoidance of doubt, this Programme will not be applicable to Hirer who has an existing leasing relationship with Hertz or has terminated their lease with Hertz in the past 12 months
  3. This Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or kind, is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  4. This offer is valid in conjunction with other offers or promotions except for Hertz Port Over Program
  5. For lease more than 12 months, there will be a termination fee as stated:
    Lease Signed (Months) & Termination Fee:
    12 months – $0
    13-24 Months – $100
    25-36 Months – $200
  6. For termination of contract after 30 days, the termination fee will follow accordingly to the termination fee stipulated in the contract.
